Blanc de Roure 2011 - eco

This is like the Blanc de Serè but aged in oak with lees from fermentation in barrels. This superimposition gives this white wine complexity without losing its origins. Try it with more daring dishes.

Varieties: Macabeo, Parellada and a small amount of Chardonnay.

Winemaking: controlled-temperature fermentation in tanks for six months and aged in barrels for about four months.
