Serè is the Catalan name for a north-westerly wind that blows in Central Catalonia. Like the Serè wind, the wine is fresh and dry. It is a young, confident wine suitable for all occasions. Blanc de Serè was the first wine we produced when we embarked on this great adventure.
Red wine made with Monastrell (Mourvèdre), Ull de Llebre (Tempranillo), Syrah and Merlot.

Vallisbona is the name used on some old documents to refer to the village of Vallbona de les Monges. Vallisbona’89 is the embodiment of our experience since we began producing white wines in 1989. We select the best Macabeu grapes of the vintage and carefully prepare the wine in our cellar in french oak barrels.

Missenyora, meaning ‘my lady’, was a term of address to abbesses at the Vallbona de les Monges monastery. This wine harks back to a bygone era, following the inspiration of a wine that used to be made in the area. Like the Agaliu wine, Missenyora uses only the Macabeo variety, but has a sweeter touch thanks to the residual sugar.
L'Olivera Reserva is a sparkling wine that rests in the cellar for at least 16 months. Our sparkling wines follow traditional winemaking methods: the second fermentation takes place inside the bottle, disgorging is manual at room temperature, and we don’t add any sugar to the bottle’s content. All bottles clearly indicate disgorging dates on label.
Eixaders was the name of a village in the old barony of Vallbona. The name reminds us of the hoes that we still often use out in the field. Eixaders is also the name of our Chardonnay wine.
